Underneath everything I was doing—healing, searching, striving—I was really just longing to feel safe in my own skin, to feel like I had a home inside myself and in life. I wanted life to feel magical and joyful, not like something I had to survive or manage. For so long, I didn’t have words for that. I didn’t even know what to type into Google to find help. I just carried this quiet ache: ‘There must be a way to feel at home here… but I don’t know where to look, or what this is called.
Looking back on my journey I actually just wanted to feel safe and to feel this feeling of home and wanting to experience life as magical and joyful. But I was never able to articulate this. And I also don’t even quite knew what to search for so I could help myself.

I am an energetic medium, I don’t channel spirits, guides, or past loved ones in the way a traditional medium does. Instead, I use different frequencies and codes for awakening to help you remember and embody your true self.
