Kundalini Activation Process

KAP is a powerful energy transmission that allows you to connect with yourself on a deep energetic level and experience profound internal shifts in consciousness, that then changes your life.

In a session, participants lie down on a yoga mat, while curated music is played to take you on a journey, as the facilitator works on different energy points or meridians in the body. 

That’s it! That’s all that happens on the surface. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…

As the energy moves through your body, it brings your system into alignment, and clears energetic blockages, helping to unlock a deeper sense of joy, peace, love and vitality.

Each session is unique and experiences can range from physical sensations of energy, emotional release of unprocessed trauma, somatic alignment through spontaneous body movements, receiving visions or insights, feeling sensations of love, bliss, oneness and so much more. 

KAP is different from many forms of energy work like kundalini yoga, meditation, breath work, qi gong, or tai chi, in that it is not a self-willed or self-generating practice.

You do not have to breathe a certain way, meditate, or do certain postures. You simply lay down to receive. The energy is intelligent and will give your system exactly what is needed

• Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session

• Avoid heavy foods at least 3 hours before the session

• Light meal for breakfast (fruits and veggies)

• Wear comfortable clothes

The transmission you receive is a unique combination of kundalini energy and non-dual awareness, facilitating a gradual, natural awakening process over time.
